Her career started in Kindergarten where she used creative and innovative methods to teach before pursuing her passion in professional learning and educational technology. Currently, she is a doctoral candidate in Instructional Design and Technology from University of West Florida. Randi is one of the faces behind FSDB Pineapple PD, an FSDB initiative that opens the classrooms' walls so viewers can see tools, strategies, and teaching methods happening on campus in a 2-3 minute video.
