People do say if you love what you do, you don’t work a day in your life. I am known as an educator at heart and have been my entire life. Professionally, I started teaching full time in 2003 and taught for 12 years before becoming a licensed school building leader. I’m currently at the American School for the Deaf as the Principal. With that said, my hard core passion is to produce a positive influence on all classrooms and instill the value of learning in every student.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from RIT, a Master of Science in Deaf Education from McDaniel College, and a second Master of Science in Education / School Building Leadership from St. John’s University. I also hold a teacher certification and school administration license in tri-states such as Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
