About me
Mr. Donald Mazreku is the Director of Student Services at the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf (WPSD), overseeing Individual Education Program compliance, student services, and various school federal and state reporting. Mr. Mazreku has served as an administrator at the school since 2007.
Mr. Mazreku is certified as a Special Education Supervisor, Pre-K to 12 Principal, and Pre–K to 12 Teacher of the Deaf. Mr. Mazreku holds a B.S. in Deaf Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership & Policy from Shippensburg University, and earned a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
